Pros

Bonus every year (minus the extra bribery bonus they gave to keep us with the fret to take it back if we left) free teas and coffees, fun social life with people

Cons

Favourtism amongst team leaders who don't do anything but go into meetings all day. Over worked seniors, constant drama and two faced people, team changes like every few months, no correct structure, personnel development, crap training and coaching and overall most immature unprofessional company to work for. Oh and crap pay.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review and share your thoughts with us. We take the wellbeing of our employees very seriously and its disheartening to read that your time with AXA was not a positive one. There are continuous improvement changes underway in this business area and we are confident this will improve the overall experience for our employees, from new recruits to management level.

Pros

Lots of coffee lots of hot chocolate.

Cons

Stress....minimum wage...unattainable commission structure.....robotic mind bending dialling.. don't believe the hype....this is not a 60k job it's a minimum wage if you work the hours and earn no commission I have earned commission but not at the levels that the recruitment company told me others were hitting....worst mistake I've ever made....just don't do it....it's a revolving door....if you have bills to pay and responsiblities move passed the job offer....you ain't gonna hit a consistency in commission because you hands are tied by the structure and the leglislation.....say one thing wrong or use your initiative and they'll have your bonus removed!

Pros

Relatively good systems, good product, pricing is fairly competitive. Sales training is exceptional. I learned a lot about sales in just six months here. Senior management team are approachable and have a good vision.

Cons

Middle Management are micro-managers and do not know how to motivate staff. Work life balance is terrible and bonus payments and incentives will be clawed back at any possible opportunity.
