Pros

Local work and nice colleagues - safe and dull but secure and friendly

Cons

No budgets and too much red tape - cannot ever get things done without loads of people involved- no real understanding of marketing outside old fashioned sales acquisition . Terrible systems and IT

Pros

Flexible with working hours and nice new office.

Cons

Poor management and underpaid. Treated like a number, not a person and expect you to work like robots for peanuts.
