The managers need to like you for you to move up in the company, if they do not like you, you will not go far

The people are brilliant, lots of opportunity for development and staff are well looked after.

Cons

Salaries, technology and systems are below average. Due to the size of the organisation there is often a lot of 'red tape'.

Pros

your hard work is recognised, surrounded by great people, you're not micro managed (aslong as you put the work in) good atmosphere and good leads no cold crappy leads!

Cons

literally cant think of any.... if you dont like hard work or have a crappy work ethic dont bother applying!
