Pros
I've worked for Axa for almost 3 years and I love it there. There are great employee benefits such as life insurance, travel insurance and even the opportunity to have a company car. You are well looked after, there is great maternity pay as well as sick pay - meaning getting well is made easier as the managers are so understanding. Axa are great with helping and pushing your career aspirations and will do what they can to get you to your desired role. Also we, Axa, believe in what we do as a company and are always looking for ways to improve customer and partner satisfaction, as well as efficiency. I won't be leaving Axa any time soon.
Cons
The basic salary does exceed the minimum wage however there are several other insurance companies in Ipswich and Essex that offer a higher basic salary for the same roles.
