The people. Flexible working patterns.

Cons

Red tape. Lots of managers. Different working cultures between departments -some like to be seen to be following the company ethos rather than actually doing it.

A company who embraces and drives change, involves and listens to all employees and makes an effort to make everyone feel valuable. Best place I’ve ever worked at!

We work with old technology, works but could definitely improve!
