      Pros

      Early shifts are nice finishing at half 3.

      Cons

      Bad decisions, management have no idea, phone slaves is what we feel like. We are understaffed but everyone seems to leave after a few weeks because it is awful.

      - They need to change so much that they are looking for experts to raise their game - Lots of opportunity - Room to shape and put forward your own ideas - Acceptance for hybrid working and respect for personal life - Conservative culture

      Cons

      - Bureaucratic - Huge matrix organisation that feels clunky and hard to move - Decision by committee
