Pros

This is one of the rare large companies that really values its employees and makes it clear from day one. I have only been here a couple of months and I am still training but I honestly cannot believe how lucky I am to be working here. I feel fully supported, valued, and well looked after. Senior staff and managers are kind, friendly, and empathetic. The salary is competitive and there is a generous shift allowance. Working from home some of the time allows for a more flexible work life and the company makes the effort to cater to any needs.

Cons

Occasional tech issues, nothing major.
