Inconsistent in what you are told and through departments Decisions never explained Managers just don’t seem to care and can be quite lazy Don’t listen to workers No trust in workers to do their jobs

Cons

Salaries aren’t competitive and IT support is terrible. Performance punishment is very common due to a flat reward structure and hesitance to confront poor performance.
