Pros

Targets are easy to achieve, flexi-time allowed. Working at AXA, a reputable company is a big benefit on your CV. Extensive training is provided before going on the phones.

Cons

Little room for progression, I had people in my team who had worked for AXA for 15 years at the same position. Micromanagement. Systems are shambles and it is always at the bottom of the priority list to fix them. Salary is ok but not great.

Overall they look after their people but it really depends on who’s managing you.

Cons

Can be quite ‘boys club’ and they regurgitate middle again white French men in senior roles. It gets tedious.
