Throughout my career at AXA I have moved through a few different departments as my knowledge and curiosity grew. AXA have supported this all the way and I have had access to multiple apprenticeship programs to further advance my personal development.

Pros

A really nice environment to work in. Great pension scheme.

Cons

Disparate offices. It can be challenging to get work done when working across multiple locations. Manager had a very "hands off" approach from day 1 which made it a challenge to understand team goals and integrate myself into the business.
