Pros

Nothing much, thinking hard before joining the Hong Kong office.

Cons

It's difficult to fit into the culture; team and environment is not welcoming. Teams tends to work in silos and senior management does not open to new ideas/change. Very poor office design with a small desk. You will play bumper chairs every day as the office space is so small your chair will always hit the person at the back.
