Pros

Great benefit package , culture great

Cons

Company does not appreciate a Loyal hard working employee, when it comed to lay offs, they choose without taking into consideration the type of employee you are, your achievements, productivity, accomplishments, years at the company, no transparency , no job security

Pros

Good colleagues and hybrid working Training is okay but protocol’s change quite quickly and every call is different so would need advise from a Senior sometimes

Cons

You’re more likely to be on the phones all day getting complaints from customers majority of the time. Not enough staff for the phones and the queue times are 2-3 hours for customers. Customers can be abusive and aggressive when making their complaints I wouldn’t advise working in customer contact unless you like this kind of stress and pressure.
