Pros

Friendly culture. Employees are nice enough

Cons

Unclear goals. The culture of the company is that they are not open to new processes and would immediately say no to proposals that aims to replace existing process. They also set unclear goals without proper onboarding and say you failed to meet expectations. The manager also said she didn't have time to equip me and expects the role to be plug and play. The irony of this is that it was an HR position that supposedly advocates for growth and learning. Don't work here. It might end your career

Pros

Fast paced work environment, never stuck for things to do. Supportive staff. Opportunity to build flexi time. Generous holiday allowance plus bank holidays. In depth training and mentorship when out on the floor. Hybrid working model.

Cons

The pay is pretty low for the expectations of the role especially when you consider that you are sometimes expected to have difficult conversations with policy holders and face backlash from that.
