Pros

Most T&T people are easy to work with and have good to excellent camaraderie overall, but with a few exceptions Promotes Mental Health and Work-Life Balance (at least on comms and EDMs) with available support hotlines Best HMO package (500K principal, 250K each dependent) Salary + Allowances + Other Benefits (up to 15 months equivalent but with dependency on annual performance appraisal, rice, clothing, convertible leaves, etc) Scheduled Teambuilding Activities WFH (3:2++) Annual parties, monthly celebrations, scheduled activities with catered food Budgeted Team Unplug Activities Available Early Retirement Plan (min 5 years)

Cons

High attrition rate due to 1 or more of the following reasons : Dirty politics in top management (T&T leadership) Nepotism, favoritism, manipulative, opportunistic, micro-managing, and self-serving leadership Annual Performance review/calibration issues (bottom percentage needs to be put in PIP even if they are considered as performers) Very uncompetitive salary range/bracket with minimal increase HR supposedly "listens" to raised concerns through assign BPs but does not act accordingly Outdated performance review methodology Unhealthy work pressure especially if issue escalation is involved or project timelines are not met
