Lies from day one
Pros
Not one good thing I can say about the place.
Cons
They tell you they support mental health from day one and that you can take as many calls as you feel comfortable with without feeling under pressure! A week into taking calls and they are stood being you asking you why you are on wrap for a minute and not on a phone call. Can't take annual leave when you want it, they will decline mostly every day that you put forward even your children's birthdays. Trainer was lovely from day one then once we started taking phone calls he switched to being so ignorant and unhelpful. Telling people they will be working certain shift patterns then having you work silly hours during the day. Every manager is clueless! You ask them a question and they either ignore you or say I don't know! The call flow is constant, no waits because they are so understaffed with people being off on the sick due to their mental health. When beginning axa you will be fed this wonderful tale about how good they are to work for, free pizzas and lunch...wait until your there a couple weeks. All changes. Nothing is ever good enough, your never praised just told what you can improve on and what you've done wrong. I can sit all day and go through the cons but I think that's enough to warn anyone.
