Pros

You get to have a learning experience after you quit.

Cons

-low pay, start on commission move to commission plus salary -no resources, you work on a sales floor and your management may not understand how they became successful much less teach sales -selfish culture, no teamwork! -old school products, hard to sell financial products knowing that you’re one of the worst in the industry

Pros

- Structured Company with Improving Processes. - Top Management is really good at what they do and motivate/lead well. - Products have plans and turnover is adequate but still missing a lot. - Had an amazing 1 up boss who was great in leading, training, and motivating the team.

Cons

- A lot of office politics. People talk behind your back especially when they don't agree with you or do not like you. - Teams were stretched too thin. Employee burnout due to the many hats we had to wear + additional products & teams we had to manage. - Also due to office politics, a lot of co-workers have tenure and feel they have seniority over others. Had a difficult experience working alongside someone who made working in the company hell. It might not be the same for everyone but compared to other teams, my work experience with my colleague was not ideal and positive which affected my team and I's morale. -

Thank you for taking the time to write such a comprehensive review. I'm saddened to read that not all your experiences were good ones but I can see that overall you had a enjoyed your time at AXA which is great to read.

Pros

Easy interview process… but then it went down

Cons

After interview , it wasn’t clear what to do next. They wanted me to take all of this exams , without any preparation and bring my own clients , without any trainings
