Pros

Some departments get to wear causal to work. Easy to reach higher management for discussions. Lots to learn.

Cons

Lack of manpower. Company is consolidating manpower (reducing headcount). Departments not willing to take up additional responsibility. Long working hours.

Pros

Decent pay, only work M-F, does enjoy food and giving us food treats.

Cons

Can feel like a sweat shop. We have to change our status to "break" just to go to the bathroom but we are only allotted 20 minutes a day for breaks. For our phone system they have added in automatic pick up which feels invasive.
