Cons

A lot of people working there who you wondered what they did No real measurement of performance Strong division between Paris and London based employees No internal coordination between departments Pointless meetings Pervasive culture that you have to be male or French, to get anywhere here Anyone who's any good leaves

Pros

Rich, stable, very well organizaded, very well paid.

Cons

Top management at Headquarter behave like French Kings of the 17th century. COO considers that a wish is a formal order. Don't even think about not obeying. You either work with the system or you are out. But all this is done very politely and with impeccable manners that would make any external visitor believe this is a company of gentlemen...which is not. The internal culture at headquarter is extremely violent
