Pros

- Fair work life balance till about 2 months back, till HR team decided to implement 9 hours mandate presence for all employees in office and NO Work from home policy - Nothing else worth mention other than they house their office in a good address that you can proudly tell your friends and family

Cons

- Objective is to disable the employees by strict workplace policies, its more like a BPO or a call center - No employee friendly environment or policies - Far fetched dream of becoming an MNC or any standard - Very unprofessional environment, dont be surprised if you are talked to rudely or in a unprofessional manner even by your colleague, its very common - Since most of the employees are under paid under skilled hires straight from companies like Tech Mahindra or BPO or call centers, dont have expectation of working in a true MNC - The company has potential but not unless they fire the existing HR and Finance team

The role is good and exposure is high. You can go from marketing to strategy team and similar other swaps and try out new interests

Cons

very low compensation. One needs to say in with the company for a long time to increase to a good level of salary.

Pros

Culture, Benefits, work-life balance, There are opportunities to advance, and there are varied environments to work within the company with opportunities at all levels. Excellence is rewarded.

Cons

Frequent organization changes, leadership changes and then cultural changes as leadership shifts. Compensation can be at the lower side, however the benefits package is strong. Organization tends to be thinly staffed so the workload can be challenging.
