Pros

Great work life balance. Enough room to innovate. Employees were treated very well when AXA Group Solutions was a separate company under Guenter. Also the typical indian/american-miserly attitude was not to be found anywhere back then.

Cons

Miserly policies after the merger into "AXA technologies shared services". Lack of professionalism. Secondary priority given to the newly merged AXA Group Solutions. Salary hikes, and other perks were cut down heavily after the merger. Exclusive support departments like HR, Finance are now supervised from AXA Tech office and thus AGS employees have to wait for the out-of office bosses to get petty things done.
