AXA is the biggest Company in the World, AXA gives best support system that you never been found in other company, AXA gives you opportunity to have good career, AXA gives you more compensation and Benefit, etc.

It was a new branch and energetic team. Therefore I enjoyed freedom of decision making.

Cons

In a span of 14 months I had 3 new boss and every time a new boss came people need to start for zero.
