Pros

Good benefits. Lots of anonymity to do your job, helpful people to work with and good work life balance.

Cons

Not much room for carreer growth or opportunities, still a flat structure. With no incentives to excel many people choose to coast and not deliver. Increased responsibilities/pressure on the performers as fewer resources and no increase in salary.
