Pros

Very big company with lots of exposure to wide range of products

Cons

(1) Tons of politics. (2) Throws people into their roles and take them out at whims. Never seen any department that changes project leads like musical chairs, one minute A is in, the next B's in and before end, you get like.... 3 different leads in only 1 year.

Pros

The job is very technical and the environment very friendly. The company knows the employees are its best asset. Upper management does a great job at building for the long run. Expertise and core contributions are valued

Cons

Back in 2008, it was hard to manage the growth and we ended up running on a smaller footprint. Things have been gradually improving since then.
