no cons as such yet, sometimes the standards and the working of th company does differ from the sector... but its acceptable!

Pros

French Insurance culture in a massive company: -They take care of you, HR will move you instead of firing you, most people spend their whole career at AXA IM -Very experienced staff -Many benefits (holiday, very flexible hours...)

Cons

Very rigid administration because of the size of the company Older employees, no real training or graduate programs HR is great but so unorganised (posts job needs a week before start date...etc)
