Great people. Smart, respectful individuals with a passion for the business. Strong sense of responsibility and duty towards their clients. Interesting research and product development being conducted. Rebuild of the business is building momentum. CEO is the strongest the company has ever had. Good benefits.

Cons

Needs innovation. Technology vision is not very strong. Difficult to get promoted.

Company is involving and becoming more attractive to Gen Ys. The job is what you make out of it. A lot of possibilities and opportunities. Supportive management. You can really feel the new spirit and push of our new CEO and part of the upper management board

Cons

Lack of resources in some areas. New approach of digitalisation is for some emplyees going to quick. Risk of not involving them enough
