Good people, challenging work

Pros

Good office culture and lots of staff motivation events. Salary is reasonable if you can prove your worth. Like any large company, there can be a bit of turnover and depending on your department, this can mean uneven workload.

Cons

Bought out, and the new company changed lots of things, made the office a pretty negative place to work in. I think AXA has been selling off quite a bit of its locations in the past couple of years.

Pros

Rich, stable, very well organizaded, very well paid.

Cons

Top management at Headquarter behave like French Kings of the 17th century. COO considers that a wish is a formal order. Don't even think about not obeying. You either work with the system or you are out. But all this is done very politely and with impeccable manners that would make any external visitor believe this is a company of gentlemen...which is not. The internal culture at headquarter is extremely violent
