Pros

French Insurance culture in a massive company: -They take care of you, HR will move you instead of firing you, most people spend their whole career at AXA IM -Very experienced staff -Many benefits (holiday, very flexible hours...)

Cons

Very rigid administration because of the size of the company Older employees, no real training or graduate programs HR is great but so unorganised (posts job needs a week before start date...etc)

Pros

Generous vacation, bonus and great coworkers.

Cons

Company is going through a transition. Management doesn't work to retain talent and dismisses employee complaints. People who have been with the Company 10+ years are leaving at an alarming rate.
