Pros

Great for young advisors with 403b program. Great team sales meetings with idea generations. Very energetic head of sales to get sales team motivated.

Cons

Work atmosphere in small cubicles. Limited conference room space. Had to plan ahead to get conference room.

Pros

By far one of the most relaxed work environments you will find. Dress code is pretty casual, managers are easy to work with and there are ample benefits/paid vacation.

Cons

It's a sales job, so much of your compensation is commissions based. Some thrive under that pressure, some don't. Know yourself before you jump into that environment.
