Pros

AXA's extremely thorogh licensing standards will help prepare you for most jobs in the financial services industry. You have the opportunity to overcome challenges and grow.

Cons

The training programs and overall approach to developing the new advisors could use improvement. It's a sink or swim environment, but the benefit is that you'll learn quickly if it's a career you'll thrive in.
