- difficult to start out - difficult to close cases - call reluctance - obstacles and amount of time it takes to become "full-time"

Great team environment, people are always willing to lend a helping hand.

Cons

Full commission which is tricky when it can take anywhere from a few weeks to months until you close a deal, all depending on the poor support system from the NOC.
