Nice working environment, nice colleagues, senior management are helpful to support projects. Diversified culture, helpful career development plan from direct manager

Cons

A bit conservative to develop new business (classic style of insurance company), salary is not satisfactory compare to banks. Bonus is not comparable to banks

Convenient location with good transportation. Canteen on the top floor with excellent view of the hills of Buda. Acceptable working conditions.

Cons

Business was sinking. Contra selected employees. General bad feeling about the situation of the company and where it is heading.
