Pros

Good people, mentoring and coaching readily available. Company allows me to pursue significance rather than just focusing on the numbers. It is a place where things are done in teams and people have one another's backs.

Cons

At this point I don't have any negatives to share. My experience because of the relatively quick promotion in the company has drowned out any possible negatives.
