I have been given good support and help during my time here which I have learnt and developed my skills for the future.
Cons
Firstly I would like to mention the management, i feel as if I have not had any support from my managers, Working in AXA I have never felt part of the team, as I feel as if I have been left out numerous times, There was no one-to-one's or support. Difficult to get time of from work, especially school holidays throughout the year. In HR Services we look at how we can improve our service to our internal and external employees and how we can give brilliant service, although sometimes it is overlooked on how employees within HR are not given enough support within their careers in AXA. I wouldn't like to point out because of my ethnicity I was treated unfairly but sometimes I feel like I was a victim because of this. Work events we're in an inappropriate location, don't consider peoples beliefs. No Flexibility within the hours. Car park not available on site No Career progression.
