Pros

There is a strong company culture accross the different entites of AXA. International careers are encouraged with internal mobility programs (short or long term).

Cons

The salaries are not competitive. In addition, the company has strong HR policies that are not agile or flexible: those policies the average employee, but they do not fit employee that develop themselves quicker.
