Constant changes and layoffs

Pros

Friendly environment Flexibility in work hours, depending on your department Management is more communicative in recent years than it was in the past

Cons

Change can be good, but it seems that management is not sure where it is headed. Lots of layoffs every year, just to rehire into those jobs a year or two later. This keeps employees on-edge.
