Pros

Generally good leaders, hard working culture, well designed offices, generous salaries, I enjoyed working here and learned a great deal. I would recommend this as a place to work.

Cons

Transition to AMP was challenging and a difficult time for long standing AXA employees but it was well managed by a cross-functional project team.
