Pros

Great vacation and work from home. Beware this leads to an awful culture however. Most people are showing up to just claim a paycheck. When I started working here years ago, great company. Since then it has degraded significantly.

Cons

Senior management is very out of touch with anyone below the lead director level. Company says that everyone is relocating to Charlotte to bring synergy while senior leaders of groups stay remote/stay in NYC barely showing up. Beware if you are applying to a job in NYC, you may have only 2 years in NYC before they say you are relocating. Relocation packages are meager at best coupled with the pay reduction to "cost of living" in Charlotte makes it difficult to consider the move. Like any company, politics are rife here but to the point of unbearable. Would not recommend working here right now with culture degrading and morale low.
