Great company that genuinely care about your wellbeing and progress especially during the covid-19 pandemic the company have been great with providing equipment to work from home as well as checking on employees mental well being Keen on self development and encourage it Really nice and friendly people in the Bolton office Great team support Good bonus scheme Free fruit every week

Cons

IT systems are outdated and needs upgrading as it can be slow and temperamental Base salary could be better and some benefits such as private medical care should be given to employees at a certain salary bracket

I've worked here for nearly 21 years and have found the company to be supportive, generous with benefits, communicative with lots of opportunity for change. I've had opportunities to work for competitors over the past 10 years or so but although the package offered was an improvement on y current one it wasn't enough to tempt me away. Loyalty breeds loyalty

Cons

IT/digital change, as with any big (non-tech) company is slow and has been under-invested over previous years
