Benefits are good, you get paid on time apart from these standard AXA offerings struggling for anything positive to advise.

Cons

Exec leadership preach, but don’t lead by example on anything! Mandatory enforcement of three days in the office yet leadership & Exec do 1 - 2 days. It’s not a nice place to work - prison camp in Russia would be better. HR are clueless and led by someone that is also clueless. Zero opportunities in With your career your career, since the training manager has left someone in HR take it over and they are weak in their role but somehow manages to stay. You have no work life balance.

Private Healthcare is good, covers PMH

Cons

0 moral, management constantly changing things and lying on important changes. No care for the employees and our opinions. Pay is really low for the workload. Contractual change without having the option to accept or any change to pay. Lack of communication.

Management: Lack of knowledge, lack of education, lack of training, not a clue of what management is, very low academic studies, lack of skills, very rude double face people, resulting in a very high staff churn
