A decent place to work

Pros

Good people, fair pay, fair benefits all in a market leading organisation. The development opportunities are fairly good, too.

Cons

Senior management can avoid taking decisions which is I think a product of AXA's byzantine management structure which can also make projects and change management very difficult.

Pros

Lots of changes growth keeps it very interesting. I have seen this company evolve from smaller team to a larger more diverse team delivering more diverse and focused services. The diversity of clients and services makes this a great place to grow and learn and try new things.

Cons

You must like growth and as this is not just a job, where once you do initial training there is nothing new to learn.
