Pros

Great people to work with and awesome benefits (pto, medical dental, vision, and PTO

Cons

Stressful work environment, pay is not related to job expectations. They make you feel like you will move up in the company but realistically you won't. They add titles to you like senior agent but still get paid like 60 cents more as other agents.

Great People, Challenging Work that Matters

Pros

AXA has a great team environment and the most diverse company I have ever worked in. Providing GLOBAL assistance in medical, healthcare and concierge is some of the most interesting and challenging work out there and when I compare it to friends outside AXA, they are amazed at the work experience that is not easy to get elsewhere. There are true opportunities to really change peoples lives and do something that matters. The growth of the company business in additional markets and products has led to many opportunities for special project and promotions for those who are motivated and interested. I have had the opportunity to participate in several of these and have traveled abroad to work with global clients and business partners on some of these projects. The organization has doubled several times since I started. If you do not like to work in fast paced environment, problem solving and helping people through tough challenges they get into abroad, then you shouldn't pursue this type of work.

Cons

So much growth means more transitions which while may create some stress, are a good challenge to have.
