Flexible Schedule, very nice colleagues. These are the people that you will go out on Friday night. Great PTO and benefits.

High stress for the amount of salary that agents earned. Heavy work load. Constantly ask to get on ready

The company has a lot of energy and our co-workers make it a lot of fun. Super flexible. Its a great place to start if you're just out of college.

Cons

There is really no room for advancement. The salary range isn't much, however you do have the opportunity to get monthly bonuses.
