Pros
Relaxed environment, young people, chance to work on very different topics, work life balance, nice and friendly colleagues, good for young foreigners who want to meet people
Cons
Salaries way lower than local competitors. Lots of resignitions and loss of know how that pose a big question mark on the future. Projects are getting less and less interesting, as the company seems to act more as a typical consultancy rather than a real R&D partner. No clear career development path. Experienced people who resign are replaced by internal people that often keep on doing also the previous role, until they get too tired and resign.
