It is an excellent company for beginners. You can get a good overview about the tools and procedures used in automotive software development. System of internal trainings is very good.

Cons

Complexity of tasks are rather low. You can easily stuck into one type of work. Very flat structure. Leaders talk down to engineers from offices in Austria or Germany.

You have a lot of freedom when it comes to doing your job. The people who work with you are very prepared. You will be highly regarded by other companies in the sector.

Cons

They make promises about your career that they can't keep. If you're not friends with the boss, you can't get promoted. They make you believe that you will be paid more than the rest of the subcontractors, although this is not the case. You will not have any training. No overtime pay. No gender diversity.
