Pros
Much can be learned, working on various assignments from data analysis to fault tracing, calibration of emissions and performance. Number of testbeds available from chassis dynos, including gearbox testbeds, engine test beds to battery test cells recently installed too.
Cons
Scope of work is heavily dependent on customers - low level of inhouse development. Low salaries. Technical support should be better organized and restructured in general.
