As a fresher they ask you to sign a 3 years of bond and that too plus GST. Salary and work environment is worst! Lack of appreciation. It is not a employee friendly company. Salary increment is negligible. No fun activity. It is actually AVL factory so you will not experience the perks of MNC culture
