Pros

On-the-job training, education and advancement opportunities. So many career options and you're encouraged to try different roles. Pay and benefits are very competitive. The culture is amazing, people build each other up, not tear each other down. Healthy work-life balance is strongly encouraged.

Cons

It's preferred that people work in the office rather than remote. Office politics can be a stumbling block to getting this done sometimes.

Pros

You meet some great, hard-working people who put in a lot of overtime and effort to do a good job.

Cons

There are some toxic people that AT&T will keep around because they think these people are moving the needle, which is far from the truth. There have been things that managers and HR has let slide, which to me, is only harnessing the bad behavior. There's not a lot of room for growth unless you are really brown-nosing your manager. It's disgusting and not the environment I wanted to be in any longer.
