      Pros

      Work in my area is meaningful and rewarding. But some of the chaos from leadership bleeds into our day to day work.

      Cons

      Leadership made some very big bets and took on a lot of debt. Now it is in the process of unwinding them. Many layoffs and cost cuts all over the company.
