Pros

Some smart people, most people are hardworking. The cafeteria and on site gym are nice perks.

Cons

Heavily political and very old technology still being used. Little room for advancement if you're not on one of the star teams. Management rarely acknowledges hard work.

Pros

Great team of people, great benefits and great product to support.

Cons

AT&T is coming in and despite promises not to make changes, are making changes. Cleaned out senior management that was successful, yet had issues of their own. Entire cultre last 2 years has been power grabs by all middle managers and above. Very toxic environment

Pros

The company was good to me, excellent pay and benefits, provided many perks and opportunities.

Cons

The company is rapidly changing to compete with other companies and the technological advances that are being made every day, however it is doing so at the expense of a lot of it's employees. Some would say that's called attrition, however the employees who have been loyal and given their lives to the company is not receiving the same in return.
