Pros

Discounts on your wireless bill and on accessories. Hourly is better than most part time employers. Can’t think of anything else

Cons

Management is a joke. Politics and favoritism. No work-life balance at all. If they don’t like you, they’ll find a reason to fire you. And they cut commission EVERY year. AT&T doesn’t care about their storefront employees at all.

Pros

Lots of benefits and discounts. Lots of room to grow in the company. They can see through BS and only want to promote hard working people.

Cons

Can get extremely political sometimes. If you don't maintain a professional air about you at all times you can step on the wrong toes and blackball yourself. Also the goals are becoming extreme. Acquisition has everyone going nuts!

Nothing else than compensation !!!!!!

Cons

Politics, jealousy, injustice etc by managers who doesn't even know requirements of projects. I had ATT ID SC9306 fired by my manager rk1451 who passed all secrets to Juniper and now on their payroll. None of management followed my advice.
